Resmed Lumis 100 VPAP S has made personalized ventilation effortless as it is easy to set up and use. The device is supported by ResMed's ResScan™ for the patient management software.
The device is equipped with IntelligentAir which is a collection of ResMed technologies and helps in the therapy to individual breathing needs. The ventilator has Vsync which shows excellent patient-ventilator synchrony even in the presence of significant leak.
TiControl™ encourages spontaneous breath by setting min and max limits on either side of the patient's ideal inspiratory time.
According to the patient's condition, trigger and cycle helps you to optimize settings using five trigger and cycle sensitivity levels. QuickNav is used for low-touch therapy adjustment. There is an option to toggle between the Settings and Monitoring screens by double-clicking the home button to change and check settings quickly and easily.
Lumis delivers humidification automatically when used along with a HumidAir™ heated humidifier and ClimateLineAir™ heated tube.
The device has both Ramp and Ramp Down features which help the patients ease into and out of each therapy session. ResScan plays an important role and enables the clinician to download the patient’s therapy data, change ventilator settings and gain insights into their therapy progress across a number of metrics such as AHI, leak and pressure
